The Modern Chinese Art Foundation was set up in 1999 to support and promote Chinese art in Europe and around the world. Based in Belgium, the Foundation's collection comprises more than one hundred works. The foundation depends on donations of art and money and is comitted to organizing at least one major exhibition each year. The inaugural exhibition took place at the Caermersklooster Provincial Center for Arts and Culture in Belgium in November. The following is a sampling of the works in the collection.
